We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Consultant specializing in IIoT and Industrial Automation. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience with Siemens and Allen-Bradley (AB) PLCs, IIoT platforms, commissioning, and integration projects across multiple automation domains. The role demands expertise in both shop-floor OT systems and enterprise IT integrations, with a strong customer-facing ability for site visits, assessments, and solution development.

• Lead and support installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of automation solutions including PLCs, DCS, SCADA, and drives.
• Execute and validate IIoT implementations, including connectivity, edge device configuration, and cloud/analytics integration.
• Conduct site assessments to capture current automation setups, identify gaps, and recommend digital/automation solutions.
• Develop solutions for IT/OT convergence, including secure data flow from shop-floor devices to enterprise systems (MES, ERP, Cloud).
• Configure, test, and validate industrial control systems (Siemens S7, TIA Portal, Allen-Bradley
• ControlLogix, RS Logix).
• Participate in solution architecture and preparation of functional/technical documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Provide training and support to client teams during and after project execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, cybersecurity practices, and industrial protocols (OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus, ProfiNet, EtherNet/IP).

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in industrial automation and IIoT projects.
• Strong knowledge of Siemens PLCs (S7, TIA Portal), Allen-Bradley PLCs (ControlLogix, RS Logix), and associated hardware/software.
• Experience with DCS, SCADA systems, VFDs/Drives, and industrial networking.
• Proven track record in installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of automation projects.
• Familiarity with IIoT platforms, data acquisition systems, and edge/cloud integration.
• Solid understanding of IT/OT integration and industrial communication protocols.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and client interaction skills.
• Ability to handle site visits, assessments, and solution development independently.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Instrumentation Engineering (preferred).
• Certifications in automation/IIoT technologies (Siemens, Rockwell, Industrial Networking, or equivalent) will be an added advantage.

As a Teamcenter Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing PLM solutions using Siemens Teamcenter. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality PLM implementations that support business processes and engineering needs.

• Configure and customize Teamcenter modules (Workflow, Access Manager, Structure Manager, Change Management).
• Develop and maintain extensions using ITK, RAC, SOA, AWC.
• Perform BMIDE modeling and configuration.
• Support upgrades, testing, and deployments of Teamcenter environments.

REQUIRED:

• 2+ years working with MES systems, or as a Developer in the manufacturing domain.

PREFERRED:

• 2 years supporting Opcenter/Camstar
• 2 year of object-oriented Web development using Java/C#.NET
• 2 years of application and desktop and infrastructure support

• Experience in CAMSTAR MES is a plus but not a must.
• Strong experience in C#, Asp.net, MVC, Web Services, Web API, Entity Framework.
• Working experience in WCF, Web Services, design patterns, jquery, javascript is a plus.
• Knowledge of relational databases (Microsoft SQL server,Oracle or others), and SQL
• Good understanding and experience of plant manufacturing processes.
