- CAD and PLM Expertise:
- Strong prior experience in CAD applications integrated within a PLM environment.
- Proficiency in NX Manufacturing and CAM module, including tool path generation and validation through producibility checks.
- Familiarity with NC/CNC/DNC programming principles and machine/controller functionality.
- Post Processing and Machine Library:
- Skilled in XML for managing Post Builder and Machine Knowledge Library.
- Ability to build custom, machine-specific post processors using the Post Builder tool.
- Experience in creating macros with NX Post Builder and building postprocessors.
- NC Code Generation and Distribution:
- Proficient in generating NC code using tools like Vericut.
- Competence in distributing generated NC code to CNC/DNC machines.
- Understanding of end-to-end flow from CAD design to CAM tool path generation to NC code distribution.
- NX Environment and Teamcenter PLM:
- Work experience in an NX Environment integrated with Teamcenter PLM.
- Proven skills in NX modeling, drafting, assembly, kinematic simulation, and CAM modules.
- Strong knowledge of NX applications to support engineering and design tasks.
